AI Interviewer: screening an expert without an associate in the room

Before an expert joins a project, someone has to run a short interview to check they're the right fit. Traditionally that's an associate on a call. The AI Interviewer replaces that step with a link: the expert opens it and works through the interview with an AI instead.

It runs in two modes. In Text mode you answer everything by typing. In Adaptive mode you can answer by voice. When a question is close-ended, the interview shows the available options; in Text mode you pick one manually, and in Adaptive mode you can either tap an option or just say it out loud.
